If your unit is within the warranty period you must include the original proof
of purchase or the extended warranty policy.
Your repair may still be subject to a charge if the fault is not covered by the
warranty agreement.
If your unit is found to be out of warranty and you have told us it is in
warranty a charge will be made. All warranty repairs are carried out subject to
the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. You will be asked, usually via email,
to confirm you are willing to pay any charges that you have not been made aware
of.
Work will not proceed on your unit until you’ve told us that you wish the
chargeable repair to be made. To confirm you wish to continue with thr repair, you will be sent
an email for you to reply too. If your unit is beyond economical
repair then you will be contacted to pay shipping and handling costs only if
you wish the unit to be returned to you. If we find that there is 'No fault found' we
reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our administration and courier costs.
Please note that FixMyRadio will only act as a third party repair
agent to another company when we have an agreement set out with that company.
FixMyRadio Retains the right to cancel any order if we feel our service
is being misused.
When repairs have been completed or the unit is found to be beyond economical
repair you will be advised via email arrange payment and return
of the unit.
